Stevie Rae
Chef & General Manager
Stevie Rae is a seasoned chef and General Manager with over 25 years of experience in the culinary world. A veteran and single mother, she has built her career in some of the country’s most demanding kitchens, including the iconic Vegas Strip, where she helped open multiple restaurants. Her work has been featured in Crystal Cruises magazine, and she is known for creating thoughtful, memorable dining experiences rooted in both creativity and precision.
With a degree in Baking & Pastry from the Art Institute of Seattle, Stevie brings a distinctive balance of discipline and artistry to her work. As Executive Chef of the Orcas Hotel and Chef at Rosario Resort and Spa, she has led high performing teams while delivering consistently exceptional culinary experiences.
When she is not in the kitchen, Stevie can often be found exploring the Pacific Northwest with her camera, capturing the landscapes that continue to inspire her approach to food.
