Deposit and Payment

When we receive your booking, we ask that you confirm your reservation by paying half your rent as deposit.*  When we receive your deposit, we e-mail a confirmation. Your remaining balance, due one month prior to arrival, will include 7.8% Washington State Sales Tax plus 2% Hotel & Lodgings Tax.  When applicable, it will also include discounts and additional fees.

Please understand the we cannot hold specific dates for you indefinitely without a deposit. Thus, reservations not confirmed with a deposit within seven business days of booking may be subject to automatic cancellation.

Remainder Payments are due one month prior to arrival.  Remainder Payments more than seven business days delinquent without communication may also be considered a cancellation. Please communicate with us if payment schedules are in conflict with your life style.  We will gladly work with you.

When reserving three or more rooms, payment in full is required at time of booking. Our refund policy is as recited below. 

 

Return Policy

Our reservations are on a "first come" basis. After your reservation is confirmed, others wanting your time are turned down and scheduled around you. In case of cancellation (and we understand, "life" is not always predictable), we will gladly return full payment less $30 fee with

2 weeks (14 days) advance notice prior to your scheduled date of arrival.  For Multi-unit bookings and bookings of 5 nights or more, we ask for a 3 weeks notice prior to your scheduled date of arrival.

For Cancellations within the 2 or, if applicable, 3 week period, your payment less $30 fee will be refunded pending our ability to re-book your reserved dates. While we make every effort to re-book, please understand that we may not always be able to do so and sometimes be compelled to re-book only some of your dates.  You will be asked to be responsible for all days we are unable to re-book.  Therefore, we ask our guests to call with any questions or changes in schedule as soon as possible.

We also frown on OVER-Booking. If you book 5 days and call to cancel one night after we have booked around you, we may ask that you cancel your entire stay rather than be left with an undesirable 1 night hole in our schedule.

Bookings for Next Calendar Year

Bookings for the next calendar year require a $30 deposit. This deposit is used toward full deposit due in January of the year of booking. In case of cancellation, this deposit is non-refundable. It serves as your $30 cancellation fee.
